Mindfulness painting

Hi everyone,

I'm back.


Today, I will share with you about mindfulness๐Ÿง .


So, what is mindfulness? It is when you are maintaining your awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environments๐ŸŒ. You can also do meditation or yoga to relax yourself.


To practice this mindfulness, our school had art๐ŸŽจ week. My teacher told my class to bring in plain T-shirt๐Ÿ‘• for an art๐Ÿ–Œ activity. Our teacher told us to paint something on the T-shirt that keeps us calm and relaxed. Later, we were asked to wear the same to school๐Ÿซ.
