I'm back.
Today, I will share with you about mindfulness๐ง .
So, what is mindfulness? It is when you are maintaining your awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environments๐. You can also do meditation or yoga to relax yourself.
To practice this mindfulness, our school had art๐จ week. My teacher told my class to bring in plain T-shirt๐ for an art๐ activity. Our teacher told us to paint something on the T-shirt that keeps us calm and relaxed. Later, we were asked to wear the same to school๐ซ.
