Experiment time

Hi guys,

Welcome back!!

Today I will show you an experiment I did!!

It is called...WAIT FOR IT...

STACKING LIQUIDS!!

We will need:

Milk

Veg Oil

Dishwash soap

Honey

Water

A container

I need to stack these liquids without any of them mixing together.

So, this is my prediction that I will try out 👇👇👇

TRIAL 1:

From Top:

Water

Veg Oil

Dishwash soap

Milk

Honey

Bottom

 

Let's start! (Just before you do it, you can put 1/2 tsp or 1/4 tsp if you don't want to waste any liquid)

TRIAL 1 failed. I thought that veg oil had more density than water, but I was wrong. Water has more density than veg oil.

TRIAL 2:

Top

Veg oil

Water

Dishwash soap

Milk

Honey

Bottom

TRIAL 2 success. Overall, Honey has the most density and veg oil has the least density. In order from most dense liquid: Honey, Milk, Dishwash soap, Water and finally Veg oil.
