Today I won't be doing a silly book 📕📖📗📚review again. That book review has expired! Today is the world day of board games in my world of nerdiness and Ananya!

                                                   Katamino

Katamino is a really interesting game. You have different versions of games, in the game, so you can play each version every time!

There are 20 blocks ▅ included in the game.

12 pentaminos, 5 small red pieces and 3 small maroon pieces, 1 game board, 1 slider to show the playing are on the slate/board. 

                                                

                                                Rules for 1 player

A) Very Simple (age 3 and over) :

      1) Position the slider between numbers 9 and 10

      2) Place as many pentaminos as you possibly can 

      3) Finish filling the rectangle

There are still more rules for children age 5, age 6, age 8 over or for adults and young geniuses.

                                          Rules for 2 players

A very quick game :

You have to use all the pieces, except for pentaminos 1 and 12.

One of the players chooses 1 maroon rectangle, 1 maroon square and 2 red squares from the tiny pieces

The other player, player 2, chooses 1 maroon rectangle and 3 red squares from the small pieces.

Then, both the players choose one 1 pentamino at a time in turn until each have five.

Put the slider between 6 and 7. Each player must finish their side of the board as fast as possible.
